If you have a teaching assistant or departmental coordinator who can help you manage your course reserve items, you can give them access to a class or classes by making them your proxy.

1. Log in to Course Reserve

Visit and log in with your GVSU username and password.

2. Choose a course

Courses are listed one per row

If you want the proxy to work on multiple courses, select "Full Proxy Users" from the "Instructor Tools" menu, then proceed to step 4.

3. Select "Proxies for this Class" from the Class Tools menu

This selection will limit proxy access to this one class.

This will also show you any accounts that already have proxy access to your class.

4. Enter the GVSU username of the proxy

There is only one field in this form for the username.

The GVSU username is always the part before the "@" in a GVSU email address. For instance, if my GVSU email was "," my GVSU username would be "smith467." (It is also the username you use to log into Blackboard.)

5. Choose "Add Proxy User"

Your proxy can now log in and manage reserve items for this class.
